pHlex has a range of low pH products that offer direct replacements to dangerous acids, including hydrochloric, phosphoric, glycolic, nitric and buffered acids and others. Yet our low pH water treatments, descalers and cleaners ship non-hazardous worldwide.

pHlex high pH technology to replace caustics and solvents are as strong as 60% sodium hydroxide solutions for cleaning, water treatment, drain cleaning, degreasing and carbon removal. But because they’re based on our patented technology, ours are safe enough to be used as a food additive.

pHlexaPeel product formulations share a remarkable trait, they all carry a triple zero Hazardous Materials Information System score, an A rating with regards to PPE’s, are 100% biodegradable in 30 days or less per EPA, OECD and Hach Reactor method guidelines and meet or exceed stringent Direct Release Guidelines for 10 day bio-degradation. The entire family of pHlexaPeel products are non-regulated by the US  D.O.T. pHlexaPeel products are classified as non-voc, non-corrosive, non-mutagenic, and non-toxic. pHlexaPeel products show no potential for the generation of carbon dioxide under NIOSH 7903, OSHA & ACGIH testing protocols.
